Organizational Structure
The organizational chart below illustrates the relationships among the offices involved in the university's institutional compliance program. The Institutional Compliance Office (ICO) reports administratively to Audit and Consulting Services and reports functionally to the UT Board of Trustees' Audit Committee and Executive Compliance Committee. The ICO coordinates several Compliance Working Committees. The responsibilities of these organizational units are explained in the provided links (see left).
